So in the interest of all things honest, I'm going to tell you about three first kisses that I have experienced. The first happened when I was a little girl of about four or five. It was my very first kiss; a gentle peck with a boy who was my friend. It was sweet and innocent and I still get teased about it by my family now that I'm an adult.
The second is wasn't really a first kiss. It was actually a second kiss but I was drunk for the first kiss so that definitely didn't count in my opinion. It was on holiday with a boy I'd just met and I was sixteen. We were saying goodbye before I left to go home. It was the sort of kiss that left your lips tingling. It was perhaps my most memorable kiss to date.
The third is more recent. It was with a friend in a club. We'd decided to go to a club for a sort of, almost date. We'd stood there, not even dancing, feeling ridiculously awkward. He's a nice guy, but he's not my guy. We'd drank our drinks and somewhere along the way we ended up kissing - not really sure how because well it was just soooo awkward.
Point is; not every kiss is like the ones in movies or romantic novels. Unfortunately most of them are anything but. They are often funny, sweet, awkward... they can be great but more often than not they are just okay. Why not share some of your first kiss experiences in a comment. I'm sure they are stories worth sharing.
