This book makes me think about destiny. How is it possible that two people's lives could be so connected, so entwined as Dane's and Sophia's and yet they never noticed? It really is a small world. Mexico. Paris. Moments in time that had destroyed them both and changed their lives. Moments they shared without realising it. Only problem is that those moments might just be the thing that pulls them apart. Sophia is determined to succeed even after the car accident that ruined her figure skating career and Dane is determined to protect his family at all costs.
I love this pair, perhaps more than any other pair of characters I've ever read, except perhaps Gideon and Eva, because I love Mr and Mrs Cross far too much.
I give this book 5 out of 5 stars.
