When authors get it wrong and it doesn't go to plan, I don't want them to feel like that's a wasted experience. It's not. They can tell me and other authors were they went wrong and hopefully how they fixed it or what they'd do differently. When I first started, I got a lot wrong. I was terrified of sharing my work with reviewers in case they didn't like it.
When authors get it right, I want to know how they did it. Because I want to do it too. I want to succeed and I want to congratulate them on their success. That's why I made a group for myself and my author facebook friends, called Author Friends With Benefits. It's all about helping each other out and learning from each others experiences. If you'd like to join us, feel free, we'd love to have you. I'm sure you've got something to teach us all, and hopefully we can help you too.
