Throughout the whole book I felt like Zane was about to walk out the door at any moment. There was always an uncertainty, Even though I knew he loved Lucky I was still left wary. What if... was at the front of my mind. Truth was though Zane was incredibly sweet. He actually wanted to be her prince charming. The way they talked about having a baby was adorable even though it weirded me out slightly. There is no world in which I'd have been so excited if I was in their place. When they had the scare towards the beginning of the book, watching how it affected both of them, seeing how much they both seemed to want the baby, it was sweet. Their relationship developed a little too quickly for my liking but truth be told I loved it for that same reason. Even though it was too quick, it was perfect. And all the things that threatened to destroy their relationship, were no match for it.
One thing I will say is that Lucky could have really done with some better friends. SERIOUSLY talk about selfish idiots. The only friends were of any value were the ones from the restaurant.
I give this book 4 out of 5 stars.
